SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRICING

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and postage is determined by your postcode.  Orders are sent with tracking for your piece of mind.  You will be sent your tracking number once your order haas been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.  International Shipping is calculated at Australia Post’s current rates, depending on your location and the total weight of your order.  All you need to do is add items to your cart and put in your location to calculate the postages.  

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Woolswap is not responsible for delays due to customs or delays in postage processes once your item has left Woolswap HQ. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Woolswap cannot accept accept any responsibility for lost parcels due to a postage or delivery error.  Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays or non-delivery.  If there is an issue, we will endeavour to have it dealt with through Australia Post, however, we cannot replace items that are lost or damaged, if Australia Post has not accepted liability and approved a claim for the missing or damaged items.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.  But you can choose a refund if an item is significantly different from the sample or description in our shop.

Pricing is in Australian Dollars.

For Australian customers, Woolswap is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not included in our pricing.
